The electrician commercial course provides greater insight and practical applications of electrical works in commercial and industrial environments. It is also an ideal course to complete before undertaking City and Guild 2365 level 3 or level 3 NVQ.

The electrician commercial course covers training in City and Guild 2394 Inspection and Testing. You will understand the principles, practices and legislation for the initial verification of electrical installations with regulations and requirements and is taught onsite using a combination of theory and real life application. Assessments and exams will be a combination of onsite and online.

Some providers offer the option of combining both the domestic and commercial qualifications in their commercial course including a BS7671-17th edition regulation module and home study option. Whichever provider you select, all courses are designed to deliver comprehensive training in electrical installations and impart in-depth knowledge of health and safety governing all IEE processes and regulations.

For on-site training, you will be required to wear suitable clothing and protective footwear (preferably steel toed), which is compulsory.
