First Aid and CPR Certification Training Courses

First Aid and CPR

First aid at work and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training is essential for almost all professionals, not just those within the health and fitness industry. However, as gym instructors, personal trainers, lifeguards and other fitness professionals deal with the general public in vulnerable and physical situations on a daily basis, it is vital that not only people working within the fitness sector first aid trained, but that this training is kept up to date on at least a 2 year basis.

There are many first aid and CPR training courses available to the general public. There are no pre-requisites to attend a full-time first aid at work course. However, of course, though attending refresher short courses must have previous first aid and CPR training in at least the previous 4 years.
