About this course
These yoga workouts help you cope with the most common pregnancy ailments. Each video offers between 8 and 10 postures to address and alleviate your symptoms and ease pain. At the end of each workout there is a short, guided meditation to help you visualize your return to a comfortable state and to continue the healing process.
