Physical Activity for Children Training Courses

Physical Activity for Children

Children's fitness and exercise is extremely important. Not only is it able to combat childhood obesity, but if children continue to exercise as adults, it will be able to ease some of the financial stress felt by the National Health Service (NHS). Training courses to tackle childhood obesity and promote exercise in children are ideal courses for adults working closely with children, as well as gym instructors and group exercise instructors looking to develop under 16's gym-based and studio-based exercise sessions.

Typically, the pre-requisites to attending a Level 2 Health Related Exercise for Children or a Level 2 Children's Exercise and Obesity Instructor training course is a valid Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) certificate and to be over 16 years old. That makes children's exercise training courses ideal for those wishing to work as an after school club leader, activity teaching assistant; children’s activity programmer or youth worker involved in children’s exercise or physical activity.
