About this course
All of us spend at least some of our day attempting to persuade someone or responding to someone attempting to persuade us to make a purchase, change our views, or do something differently. Persuasion is a regular part of all of our lives. Social psychology helps to answer the question of why some of us are more easily persuaded and what makes an argument persuasive. This course will explore persuasion from a social psychology viewpoint, looking at the communicators, the persuasive message, and variables that impact both.
