Cultural Diversity

This course is designed for general audiences. The goal of this course is to provide information that helps individuals understand the importance of diversity in the workplace and how to best support it in ways that benefit everyone. The success of an organization, and therefor it's competiveness in the marketplace, is dependent upon its ability to understand diversity, realize its benefits, and embrace it. Organizations that analyze their own workplace diversity and then cultivate an inclusive environment will reap the benefits.
