About this course
Intro To Yoga: A Course for Beginners. Want to start yoga but not sure where to start? Over the course of 7 days we will cover basic warm-up postures, sun salutations A & B, standing postures, balancing postures, seated postures as well as three different yoga classes combining what we have learned.
We will also cover meditation, proper breathing, and proper relaxation. I hope you are excited to get started in your practice! See you on the mat!
What are the requirements?
- Yoga mat helpful, but not required.
