Vinyasa yoga is the practice of synchronizing the breath with movement to create a fluid mind/body connection. The benefits to vinyasa yoga are endless. Yoga will leave you feeling re-energized, relaxed, help you expel any toxins & blockages, relieve anxiety/stress & help with weight loss.

Strength & Flexibility Yoga was created for individuals looking to transform their body & deepen their yoga practice. The yoga postures in the classes were put together to give the student the most benefits by increasing the flexibility in their spine, which can counteract many of the habits we might have in our modern age, i.e. sitting at a desk hunched over for several hours. Although flexibility is a priority to avoid injuries in your practice, its also important to find a balance with your strength & this program does just that!

What Strength & Flexibility Yoga Includes:

  • Guided flows into backbends.
  • Breaking down individual backbends such as locust, wheel, camel, thunderbolt & more!

The classes are divided into 9 video lectures, each >20 minutes so that you can easily fit it into your lifestyle. The lectures are challenging but sure to cause transformation, full of alignment cues & modifications, which are always encouraged!
