The organisation has been operational for over 20 years and their health and fitness, sports performance and sports medicine training courses are among the most highly regarded in the industry, and internationally recognised.
The NASM certified Personal Trainer Bridging Course enables those already qualified as Personal Trainers to further develop their knowledge of exercise science, and their Personal Training skills. Due to the number of CPD points available for the NASM certified Personal Trainer Course, undertaking the NASM certified Personal Trainer Bridging Course along with the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training is an approach to becoming NASM certified whilst also being recognised in the UK as a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer.
