About this course
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management will enable you to develop and implement creative and strategic HR solutions that drive organisational performance. You will gain Chartered Membership of the CIPD, be able to top up to a Master's Degree and qualify for jobs as an HR Director to earn up to £67,500. Gaining a CIPD qualification could lead you to the next step in your career if you’re already working in admin, secretarial, recruitment or as a PA; the rolls are very office–based meaning that you can transfer the skills you’ve already obtained, like IT office skills, from your previous position and bring them to your new job after you’ve completed the course.
This is also very suited to people already working in HR and Management, wanting to get to the top of the career ladder in this sector. HR training, management and Payroll skills will be provided throughout the course and in your career you’ll pick up general office skills and will use Microsoft excel.
