Business Essentials is split into three learning areas with a range of different sections:
Workplace Awareness
This area of the programme will help learners understand the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace, whilst also looking at the general safety and well-being of the workforce. This includes gaining a key understanding of cleaning knowledge and infection control, in relation to the workplace.
