About this course
The word culture means different things to different people. Culture has many different layers that interact and includes macrocultures, organizational cultures, subcultures, and microcultures. This course will focus on organizational culture. An organization's culture affects how people communicate, how strategy is developed and implemented, and how people work in teams. This course will discuss both the culture within an organization as well as international cultures and how different cultures and globalization present opportunities and challenges for leadership.
