Fearless Living training course content
The Fearless Living training course consists of 4 modules:
Fearless Living Module I Introduction to Fearless Living
Module one will take you through the author’s story and her journey to living fearlessly. You will have an opportunity to examine your perception of fear and how fear appears in your everyday life. Sometimes fear motivates you. Sometimes fear holds you back. Module one will help you explore why you make the decisions you do and how you can start thriving.

Fearless Living Module 2 The No’s To Living Fearlessly
Are you punishing yourself instead of forgiving yourself? Module two will explore excuses you have made in your daily lives and what un-forgiveness is doing to your self-esteem. Also included in module two is steps to overcoming your feelings of shame and directing you towards acceptance, gratefulness, and happiness.

Fearless Living Module 3 The Wheel of Fear and Freedom
Is your Wheel of Fear surprising you? Do you notice it? Module three will look at the Wheel of Fear and how identifying it will help you with your day to day decisions. Also included is how using proactive behaviors can lead towards a new person. Discovering your Essential Nature and Wholeness is also discussed in this module.

Fearless Living Module 4 Heading down the Fearless Path
Do you have a team of Fearbuster’s you can call? Module four will take a look at the characteristics and qualities you should find in your Fearbuster. We will also take a look at how to use your Fearbuster team and how you can be a Fearbuster to someone else. Wrapping up module four will be a closer look at how to define what fearless living means to individuals and decide who you are going to ask to be on your Fearbuster team.
