Kundalini Yoga with Dr. Gabrielle is a one-hour total body workout that combines rigorous movement for strength, flexibility, and endurance with deep meditation and relaxation to create emotional balance, mental clarity, and stress-relief. Kundalini Yoga is the original and most powerful system of yoga. It is perfect for beginners and great for more advanced students looking to add some spice to their practice.

This video is divided into four segments: Warm-up, Energize, Strengthen and Meditation/Relaxation. Each section can be practiced independently or combined with the other sections for a more complete routine. It's flexible to fit any schedule and, challenging enough to grow with, and you can alternate with Dr. Gabrielle's "Kundalini Yoga on the Ball" for a total yoga program.
