Designed with the sewist in mind. In just 30 minutes you will learn breathing and stretching techniques that soothe, restore, and rejuvenate the body and mind. Basic sewing room ergonomics to relieve the effects of repetitive stress. You will also learn proper lighting and sewing room furniture tips to give you the best possible sewing experience.
