The electrician inspection and testing courses consists of City & Guilds 2394 and City & Guilds 2395. Some providers enable to option to undertake one module or both in one programme. These courses are designed to enable new and already practicing electricians to carry out inspections and testing.
Inspection and testing is essential for any professionally qualified electrician. Being qualified demonstrates the knowledge of all IEE regulations and requirements and skills required for inspection and testing and issuing safely certificates.
The electrician inspection and testing course is commonly delivered onsite using a combination of theory and real life application. Assessments and exams are a combination of onsite and offsite. For onsite training, you will be required to wear suitable clothing and protective footwear (preferably steel toed), which is compulsory.
