Full Time Fitness Training Courses

Full Time Fitness Training

Full time training courses in the health and fitness industry are typically reserved for personal trainer courses or fast-track gym instructor courses. To become a qualified personal trainer, students may have to attend the training course 5 days a week, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, for anywhere between 3 and 12 weeks. Full time courses tend to be more expensive than part time fitness courses and as you can see they require a long term commitment. It is also highly unlikely that students attending a full time fitness course will be able work whilst attending. So it is important that the student has some form of financial stability before embarking on a full time course.
