More and more companies are using Skype interviews and video interviews to talk to candidates, allowing them to judge a person on more than just their CV and cover letter. Skype interviews are the perfect opportunity to make a good first impression with the company.
This means that there are a number of key things to consider, making sure your Skpe works and that the call will not crash, choosing the right room to allow the Skype call to be free of noise and in the best lighting and act in a way you would in a in-person interview - smile, be friendly and make eye contact.
